Tuija von der Pütten

Tuija von der Pütten is a project coordinator and PhD researcher in the Faculty of Law at the University of Helsinki, Finland. Her background is in anthropology and law. In her doctoral research, Tuija examines the legal dimensions of corporate climate responsibility in the green transition from international and EU law perspectives. Her PhD research articles focus on environmental and social responsibility within corporate climate responsibility, with particular attention to climate-related aspects of the EU corporate sustainability framework, environmental responsibility in international investment agreements, and the social responsibility of renewable energy companies operating on Indigenous Peoples’ lands.
